The Courtyard House, a 12,000 sq. ft. residence in Bengaluru, Karnataka, reimagines luxury as a home that feels like a holiday. It is a home that deftly balances connection and privacy through its central open-to-sky courtyard. Designed by principal architect Vishwas Venkat of Crest Architects, it is designed for multi-generational living, where the courtyard becomes both a shared heart and a subtle threshold between two distinct homes.

Materiality is explored with great intent throughout the home. The flooring is in Michelangelo White marble and for the façade, a striking combination of black granite and wood creates a balanced contrast and lends the exterior a contemporary character.
