3 Homes and a Garden, a 3,014 sq. ft. residence in Bengaluru, Karnataka, redefines luxury as an experience rooted in the ambience of a space, shaped by how it is carved out, the materials used, and the green areas it opens into. Designed by Vikram Rajashekar of Cadence Architects, the home is envisioned for three families, with a shared terrace garden that brings together contemporary living and collective harmony.

Marble plays a pivotal role in this narrative. Its versatility and range of finishes allow each space to express a distinct sense of luxury, seen through the use of Supreme White marble, Milano Brown marble, and Statuario Linea marble.
