The House of Cascading Gardens, a 44,000 sq. ft. luxurious sanctuary in Hasthampatti, Salem, Tamil Nadu, redefines the stereotypical idea of luxury. With abundant natural light and ventilation, and a seamless coexistence of indoor and outdoor spaces with gardens on each floor, the home creates an environment that feels expansive, calm, and deeply connected to nature. Designed by principal architect Siddarth Sankar of Sankar and Associates, the home, inspired by the homeowner’s love for nature, integrates greenery within the structure through a deconstructed stacked cube concept.
To create a serene and welcoming atmosphere, marble is used as the primary material, with selections such as Statuario WOW, Bianco Lasa, Blue Roma, and Equator White shaping the overall aesthetic of the home.
