House of Three Courts, a 5,600 sq. ft. vaastu compliant home near Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru, Karnataka, defines luxury as a sense of vastness that blurs the line between inside and outside. At any point in the home, stepping out reveals a view of green, just one of the many understated luxuries woven throughout the space. Designed by principal architect Swapnil Valvatkar of Collage Architecture Studio, the home is divided into three courts: the land court (courtyard), the water court, and the fire court (pooja room).
To ensure a seamless design in the House of Three Courts, Crema Jasper marble, Statuario marble, and Beige Travertine were thoughtfully selected and paired with the abundance of natural light, creating a modern, luxurious, and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.
